5.1 Payment Processing

5.2 Tax Benefits (80G Certificate)

Ehsas Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors are eligible for 50% tax exemption on their donations. To claim this benefit:

• Provide valid PAN card details at the time of donation
• Ensure the name on the donation matches your PAN card
• Donations below ₹500 may not qualify for 80G benefits (as per IT rules)

5.3 Recurring Donations

For recurring donations:

• You authorize automatic monthly/quarterly/yearly charges
• You may cancel anytime by contacting us or through your account settings
• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle
• Failed payments will be retried up to 3 times before cancellation

5.4 Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions (full refund)
• Technical errors resulting in incorrect amounts (refund of excess amount)
• Donation made to wrong campaign due to website error
